StayTrack, LLC (hereinafter, “StayTrack”) would like to give you some details about how we treat the personal data you provide to us when interacting with us. The personal data provided will be retained for as long as you continue to maintain a relationship with us and continue to subscribe to our website; until you request to unsubscribe and delete the data; for a period of four (4) years from the last confirmation of interest; etc.).

That is why we maintain the security levels of personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD” for its acronym in Spanish), and we have established all the technical means at our disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data you have provided us with, without prejudice to informing you that security measures on the Internet are not 100% foolproof.

The security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you use to access the Service. It is important that you do not share your password with anyone.
